具体错误是：

You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.

解决方案是：

打开httpd.conf找到

<Directory />

AllowOverride none

Require all denied

</Directory>

修改为：

<Directory />

AllowOverride none

Require all granted

</Directory>

重启apache服务就解决了。
